After the latest update on 10.2.1, my BlackBerry native music app not working.
Error states try after some time. If problem persist, restart the device.

I tried everything but nothing happened.

    Please help.

Is it all the time or just after some time? I've noticed it on my z10 after a good amount of playback it would say that. Then I have to (at the very least) close my browser before opening the app again. Sometimes I'd even have to restart the device.

Personally, I would not know how the stock music app actually works. I use Neutron since getting it on my Z10 and then on the Z30. Kind of wish I could remove it from the Z30 actually. That and all the other useless apps that have been replaced with much better alternative.

Something may have bugged out during the update assuming you did it correctly or the OTA was good
You may need to load autoloader to fix. The given OS is completely fine

Going to have to go with masterscarhead1 on this one. I'd do that first. Full backup. Then connect to the desktop manager and tell it to reload the device software and see if that helps.

Also, Neutron is AMAZING. I love that app. Def worth the money. And for us aging internet monsters, it supports impulse tracker stuffs as well. (mods s3m xm it)
