A friend of mine has a Bold or a Curve (sorry, not sure which), but he has no 'Internet Browser' option, just 'Hotspot Wi-Fi'. He doesn't want to use wi-fi, and has a data inclusive package with O2-UK. How can he get the default Internet Browser installed?

Sorry, I don't know, I'd have to find out. I think it's safe to assume it would be the latest official software version for whichever model it is. Sorry to be so vague, I know it doesn't help. I just thought there might be a generic quick fix for a missing BB Browser. Can he not reinstall it via DM?

Go to Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>hit BB menu key>Select "Register Now"

If that doesn't work, tell him/her to log into their BIS account and resend their service books
