Did you try a security wipe? Or you can use BBSAK (BB Swiss Army Knife) to wipe the phone.

Does your Tmobile PAYG have BlackBerry Internet Service data along with it? Because that's the only way when it's wiped you can use E-mail setup and BBM and everything like that.

I make the ringtones either on my computer or use a website like myxertones or mobile17 using mp3s from my itunes and having them send them directly to the phone.

Also, this is a link how to get your Storm set up entirely (browser, MMS, etc) with T-mobile: http://forums.crackberry.com/f135/ho...rm-95xx-106023

First off, you can't set up your BB account if your T-Mobile Pay as You Go does not support BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS).

If it does, you need to go to http://forums.crackberry.com/f135/ho...rm-95xx-106023

and read how to set up everything with T-Mobile.
