How do you know if someone deleted you off bbm without you talking to them?

If someone deleted you, they won't be on your bbm.

Yeah their name will disappear off your list automatically.

And if it is there and you attempt to say something you'll be prompt that they don't exist.

Does it matter? Maybe not being insecure is the true answer here. Just saying is all.

It doesn't have to be an insecurity issue. The poster has one post and may not know alot about bbm. Honestly with all the imperfections that bbm has been having you never know what happened in the end.

Maybe I read too much into it then, but knowing someone deleted you as opposed to BBM dropping you, I don't know. There is a difference but who am I to say.

I figured we would end up where we are now. My point plainly comes from experience as everytime I reboot all of my contacts are missing. I have to go into options then save/exit for them to return, one of the other members of this site has the exact same issue. I don't have anything against your post, I'm just saying it isn't always what we think it is.....atleast I hope.

Maybe the poster wants to know what will happen if THEY delete someone...think abt it before passing psychiatric judgments :P

At times, the new version of messenger does not tell you that someone has deleted you. The name stays until you attempt to message them and then you are notified that they are no longer a contact. Other times, i have seen the contact name just disappear. So, there is really not a great way to know for sure whether you have been deleted from messenger (absent sending a message).
