    I'm having an issue with deleting my email. Most of my email accounts when I go to delete an email give me the option of deleting the email item "on handhled" or "on mailbox and handheld." However, one email account only allows me to "delete item." This prevents me from syncing what I delete on my phone with my email mailbox. I've already tried rebooting the phone, re-sending service books, deleting the email account and readding it (through the BIS online portal). I also checked to make sure the sync deleted items checkbox is selected for this email account in the BIS online portal. I deperately need help and AT&T customer service has no idea what is going on. Thanks for the help!
