I had to wipe my BB clean and restore to factory settings. When I was restoring my BBM list, I had the option of restoring from my email address. I selected that and I got an email from network@etp502003.etp.us.blackberry.net with the subject RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2.

This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

My list restored, but I am still getting the same email about 50 times a day. How can I stop this!!!!

    Best.

You can unregister that e-mail address from within BBM's remote backup settings.
