Weird how it's for the Bold (OS 4.6) and not just v4.5+
It sucks how it only works on devices with 4.6 OS, 8900, 9000 arghghgh RIM hurry up and release already for the rest of us!!

I am tempted to try this out just for kicks. Yet...

Well, I could make thread about it and include a poll: Should I try out the Leaked Facebook 1.5 app?
Ok, now that was funny, straight up, haha...

I have been waiting and tired of it. Instead of making a crappy new homepage, they should have left it and focused on releasing 1.5 months ago...

Seems to be a little more info refresh / replication going on in this version which will in turn use a tad more data. Generally not an issue for me but this would be something where I would disable certain settings when I'm out of country, ie: data roaming.

I installed this and it doesn't seem to be any different the 1.2 I can't seem to figure out what is different. I don't think this is an update. The Gui doesn't look any different then 1.2. So is this really 1.5.024 or just a file someone altered to make you think it's 1.5.

So I uninstalled this and installed 1.2 and it looks EXACTLY THE SAME! No differences in the functionality. So I am keeping 1.2 until they come out with an official version...

It only works with devices running 4.6 OS on their phones, 8900, 8220, 8230, and the 9000 bold please read

It's not meant to look different. It just has a few extra functions. Look at the options or even read what others have already posted.

No, its def a variation of 1.5, the contact list updates and integration and sliding transitions give that away.

1.2 already does all that. I have 1.2 installed and it intergrates with my blackberry calendar and contact list already and it does the sliding... So I am not sure what you mean. I am looking right at my applications listing and it says 1.2 is installed and it does all the stuff that this 1.5 does. Thats what makes me wonder if this is real or not.

Running the newest OS and FB version on my Sprint 8330 Curve and I'm honestly not a fan of the Facebook app. I sometimes don't get any of my notifications, wall posts, messages, or anything else. In fact, I'd venture to say that for every notification I get with the app, I get two or three on the webpage. Not very good, in my opinion.
