    How does one go about removing an enterprise email account from the new Bold 9900. I cannot find a screen anywhere that allows you to remove this. I need to enter a new account but it will not allow me to activate it without first removing the old one!

    That sounds like something your IT department would need to do for you. It's odd that you bought a new phone that already has an enterprise mail account on it. If you bought a used phone that has an enterprise account on it, and you want to use in on BIS, you'll need to remove the IT Policy.
