    I am having difficulties trying to set up my bb email account. When I go to the setup icon and press it then select email accounts, it asks to select between an internet email account and an enterprise account. After clicking on internet account, it exits out of the screen and goes back to the setup menu. Then it freezes and does not allow me to exit the setup screen??

    Please make sure you're connected to BIS service with your carrier.

    Thank you for the advice. I managed to get it working after taking it to my service provider. As far as the spelling/grammar goes, I think that texting and IM is ruining our societies english and I'm on the same page as you on the matter.
