    Problem:

    Upgraded from a Torch 9800 to a Bold 9900 using the Switch Device option in Desktop Manager.

    I had three email accounts on my BB, an enterprise account, a Yahoo account, and a Live.com account.

    I activated the Enterprise account on the Bold no problem. When I went into the email setup and clicked on the BIS option both my live.com and yahoo.com account are listed. It asks me to verify the password. I enter the password, click verify and then it pops up a message saying "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again"

    I can't get past this message, I can't delete the accounts and start over and I even removed the service books. No help.

    Please help me.

    Nevermind. After searching some more I found the answer on CB.
