    My email and Facebook stopped working. I no longer receive messages. When I go to email settings and try to log in, I get the error message, "Blank user name. Type a valid user name."

    if service books do not resolve, delete app and reinstall.

    You can resend your service books on your website of BIS (for me it is Dutch Vodafone so I can't help you there).

    You log in there with your username and password and then you should see a menu on the left side saying "Re-send service books".

    That should do the trick normally.
