    You should be able to do that from the Sprint BIS site listed above, IF that does not work, then you will need to call Sprint they can reset it for you also.

    When I started with a BB on Sprint, the site that you list (ends in brand=sprint) did not work for me, I had to use BlackBerry Internet Service instead.

    and also dont forget guys/gals, once a BIS is activated on a persons account, the icon for Personal Email Setup will get pushed right to the handset to activate. no need for even going onto the carriers BIS site.

    i gave my friend my old 8310. we called t-mobile and added the BB data plan. i rebooted the phone and it immediately became registered/recognized on the network. the browser, email setup and other icons got pushed to the device soon after. no need to register via t-mobiles BIS site.
