    I've submitted a ticket to a company for customer support for an app, and i used my blackberry email with tmo, and i am not getting the email at all. I submitted another ticket using my gmail account, and i notice that the company responds and it email goes to my spam folder in gmail.

    Based on this, i'm assuming that the blackberry email service is marking the email from the company as spam. how can i retrieve this email? in my BIS settings with tmo, i dont have any filters set up, so i'm not sure why the emails would get blocked or marked as spam.

    how can i fix this or find the emails?
