    Hey all,

    I'm trying to add a BBM contact on my new 9900 with Telus Mobility in Canada, and I'm having some problems. At one point, the contact and I were connected, but he was not getting my messages (got checkmark when sent but no D/R). I got his messages, so I deleted him and we started again from scratch. However, this time, when trying to approve a request, I was given the error "the contact entered the incorrect password." My security question options were turned off, I have no idea why this is happening, and I can't add the contact. Any ideas??

    Hmm, sounds like the issue isn't with you but rather the other guy. He may have the security options enabled or may have inadvertently entered the wrong password. Also try adding another contact to make sure the fault is not at your end. All else fails ask your buddy to try the old battery-pull trick!

    It finally worked on my end, but I think the delays and issues are due to a RIM outage last night/this morning.
