    So Protect was rolled out today. I have made sure that my country and carrier are supported. I am not using BES.

    When I log in to the web portal, I cannot use any of the features. It says that 'no device is associated with my account'.

    However, I have logged into my account on the Protect app on my phone and even done a backup already.

    Any ideas?
