    so what suggestions does anyone have? it tells me to make sure my correct time zone and time. I have done that and battery pull. I just got a replacemetnt tour today. It offered the BBM upgrade, Maybe I need to try it again thru another source?

    Make sure to change the device on your BIS

    Were you using BBM5 on the previous phone? If you were install BBM5 again and
    just restore your contacts if you made a backup locally or remotely.

    for what ever reason my time on my blackberry was changing evertime i got a msg. set my time on manual and did a battery pull then set time back on network it seems and to have fixed the problem.
