    Hi,
I just recently got the tour, switched from the curve.
I have been seeing that on my bbm conversations, as a conversation goes on longer, the beginning of the conversation deletes.
For example, a conversation will start with hi. As the convo prolongs, the top of the box might then say, "ok I will meet you there".

Meaning I have lost the whole beginning of the conversation.
Is this a way to fix this?

    Thanks

If you go to options there should be Keep recent updates option and you can change it to 100 on 5.0 not sure for 4.5

No you can't do anything about this - and to the previous poster: that wasn't his question. Obviously as your conversation goes on and on, at some point the history is going to start erasing itself to make room for new entries...if its really that huge of an issue, BBM has a logging option that you can turn on. Chat transcripts are saved to your media card, and are very simple to access. I've had weeklong conversations on the tour and not had this issue...but like I said-just turn on logging and you're good to go.

While on BBM, go to options > miscellaneous > save message history.

Great forum and great info always.

So, prior to setting up the 'save history' function? any part of the conversation that was truncated is simply lost?

Would have been nice to know this prior to losing the info

If the conversation is successfully saved now to my memory card, can I still email this to myself like the "email chat" function?

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
