Does anyone know if BBM use is charged as a text message, for which there is an additional charge, or data using the AT&T network? I have unlimited data with my AT&T plan (it is an old plan and has been grandfathered), but text messages are charged separately and incur an additional charge under my current plan.

BBM is data on all networks. I have a 1500 cap on my text msg's and go no where near it although I send way over that on BBM every day.

You send over 1500 BBMs a day?

Guess my wording was off. Lol meant by month. Pretty sure it would number in the 100's daily though
