    it says that caught java exception null pointer, i think... then i keep pressing BBM app, it won't launch, so i had to restart the 9800...

    in my 9700, if bbm crashed, it automatically relaunch app or worst case, automatic restart

    That's the exact same error I would get when starting my Golf Channel app. Back up your BBM contacts, uninstall and reload.

    well, I just reboot and now no problem. but I bet you that I have some missing BBM chat and group messages.
