    Depends... if you're on a company BES, then they have it.

    if not and you're only on BIS, then it's gone forever.

    Because everything sent/received gets stored somewhere
    locally. If you want it, then you'll have to reach out to
    your IT department or whoever runs the BES server.

    It's not possible for you to do so, only those with access
    like IT admins (and not even all, probably just the heads).

    You can ask them, but then if you're trying to hide something,
    they'd probably go and find it.

    It has nothing to do with you backing up your data locally. It's
    a security measure that BES has to ensure the COU (company
    official use) devices are being used for what they were given
    for.

    The way you find out is to ask your IT department or one of your co-workers.
    And yes, the BES Administrator can conceivably see EVERYTHING you do on the
    phone.
