    Hope this is the right place to post this. I need some help. I have tried to install BBM 5 several times both from BB and the App world. I can get it installed but when I go to accept the agreement nothing happens. I have installed over 4.5, I have removed 4.5 and installed 5.0 clean I have tried everything I can think of. I have a 8830 running os 4.5 on Verizon. Any help would be great.

    If you can't accept the agreement how do you get past that screen to use the program?

    Did any of the suggestions in that thread work?

    I read the thread and it seems like there is no way to fix this without loosing most of what you have. If I do a security wipe (after I do a back up) and I still have issues with BBM5, will I loose all my installed apps? I have never done a wipe before and have no clue as to what it really does.

    I have gone back to BBM 4.5 and waiting to see how or if it will work out with BBM5.
