Just downloaded the new BBM from App World, rebooted and clicked on BBM scrolled down to "I Accept" nothing, went to "I Do Not Accept" nothing.

I clicked each one like 5 times and nothing happens..

Sorry, newbie here...how does one do that? This license thing is driving me crazy. Does a security wipe make me lose info?

a security wipe will make you lose all your info, but right now it's the only solution that i got to work. just make sure you back up everything if you're going to do it.

to do it, go to Options > Security Options > Security Wipe (I think) or just search Security Wipe on the forums

so you did a security whip, then install the new bbm and then do a restore or restore then upgrade bbm?

I would delete and re-install. it seems to have a problem installing over the old version.

also you should know by now to ALWAYS do a back up before you install anything on your phone

yes the app. i had to do that on my phone for something else. its like BBM needs to be deleted first before the new one is installed

I also had the "I Accept" problem. I removed BBM from my phone (Tour) and reinstalled. It works - the only problem is that I lost my contacts and have to re-invite. I backed up my phone before the update, but could not figure out how to restore only my BBM contacts.
