    Any one else have a bad memory leak from this version?

    Although i can't prove anything...yes, the bbm .57 has a memory leak. I have not tried the later versions. They may be better at memory management.

    BBM v5 is as leaky as a sieve. Tonight I removed it and reinstated BBM4.6 on my Bold 9000. I won't miss the lock-up when BBM5 decides not to show what I'm typing, I have free memory again, and I will go from reboot at least every day to reboot every month.

    Forget the cosmetics and bells and whistles, the pretty user interface doesn't compensate for the bugs. BBM4 is plain and boring to look at, but it works reliably, bug free and leak free.
