When I got my BB 8330 on my company's enterprise server, the company engaged auto lock so that the phone locks after 20 minutes of no use. I am unable to change the setting to turn it off or extend the time longer. Is there another way to change it or an app that is out there to disable it. There is a 10 character minimum on the password, so this is a real pain.

Your BlackBerry is controlled by an IT policy, there is no way around it.

If you attempt to defeat it, it will re-enable the moment you connect again, and you will be flagged for investigation and subject to penalty or other disciplinary actions including termination of your employment contract.

10 characters is a very large password, but that decision was make to insure the corporate Intranet and other assets are never exposed to competitors or thieves.
