For all we know it could be just another rumor that stores started receiving them, when in reality they are not. I am not saying that the are lying, i am just saying there's no proof yet.
The people making these claims are the people that makes this site run, consistent and reliable sources.

Its not that I don't trust the people but I would like to see a pic of the 28 units.

I understand if your bro can't do it cause of job security but this would make this info really solid.

I wasn't sure that I had been ripped off, just highly suspicious. Hehe the guy wasn't responding to my emails and had what seemed to possibly be shady history. I know it's okay now though because I received confirmation today that it was shipped. Not sure what I should do now.... Guess I'll just use it till my upgrade and then hope I can get at least close to what I paid for it!

Yeah because rim and verizon/sprint want this to be a hush hush release I'm sure they requested the fcc approval to be very discrete

    no never.

Well, I just think, for starters, that sometimes the government has things they can't tell us, and "truthishly", we should just accept that.

Too funny, great quote... Its amazing how anything that happens during the day or brought up in conversation can always be related to something that happened in a family guy episode.

The FCC doesn't release their approval information on the day they approve things. If I remember correctly, some other BBs did not have their FCC approval released to the public until the day before (or day-of) the actual release of the phone.
