I don't know if u guys already know about this, then am extremely sorry! But yeah I just found out u can swipe horizontally at the bottom end screen in an android app to do the "back" operation! Like keep your thumb on the extreme bottom of the display but just above the "BB BlackBerry" at the bottom, and swipe from "BB symbol" end to the "BlackBerry", i.e from left to right! I think android apps r now cooler to use than native apps with this feature along with the option to hide the back bar :P.

When you try to hide the bar it says that you can swipe to go back in android app so yes its known feature for long time

Oh crap I just noticed it, I always used to see some dialog pop up when I hide the bar but never bothered to read it !
I never missed any of the threads posted on CB n I didn't find anyone stating about this feature!

Okay! I just tried it n it worked! Y didn't I know about this earlier! wasted my time swiping from top for that stupid back bar :/ :P

No.
It's diagonally up to the left or right.
I've seen the demo message.
I use it constantly.
It's not a new feature for me.

I would just swipe down from the top and enable the back button again.
