    I'm on 10.1.0.4633 on my Z10. I was going to download and install 10.2.0.1971 on it. I only have a few sideloaded apps on my phone. Will the apps that worked on 10.1 still function on 10.2? I just use downloaded .bar files. I'm not converting anything or using debug tokens.

    Yep.

    The only thing that changes is the version of Android the runtime is on.
