Probably, lol. . No one can really say yes or no but the chances of you losing it are pretty high vs. actually being able to retain it. Weird stuff happens during updates.

I have the leak os will i have to wipe my phone first before i update. Or will it even tell me i have an update being that i already have 10.2.1

For me nothing happened it's must be that you will not lose your process because you are not going to format your phone

I updated today.. and was one of the people that had my android runtime not working.. soooo when i installed the new android bars.. it fixed the issue, but I lost EVERYTHING including my clash of clans progress (2nd time this happens....) lost hope in playing the game

It seems that those who had CoC originally sideloaded are the ones having issues. How about those that had the game installed directly to their phones (via 10.2.1 leaked os), are you able to retrieve your game progress after the update?
