    if it is an Android app, you have to check and see if there are any error messages and report them to us so we can help. Not all android apps work on our phones you know.

    You paid for the app - did a nice thing, now question is whether you're getting an error message or anything else worth mentioning that may be causing problem? As you already stated that you know not all android apps run on BlackBerry. This is the only way to help you.
