    I can download fine. when I install it initializes and then processes and won't stop. I have a Z10. software 10.2.1.3062

    I thought it only worked on 10.3.0 and higher I thought. Could be wrong.

    Remove the amazon app, reboot then download the amazon app again directly from their site, been mentioned many times in the forums
