I I have blackberry q10, os: 10.3.1.1779

I have problems with some official app. and any android app works for me

I think that is due, which I use the first method that came to run android apps. which required the insalacionde certain files (runtimes?) on blackberry

is that possible?

is there anyway to uninstall everything and start with 10.3 from completely zero? a hard reset?

Choose the one for your device. Then the autoloader will wipe your phone and you can install the OS. Once finished, restore your backup. Please make a backup first. Directions in my signature.
