Bcause any android needs downloading data when first start up...

2nd times start android apps, app data will be there in internal? Or locked to read again with apps? Or auto update again?
Bcause for second times I can't loaded this apps..

Sideloading with debug same as rooting or not?

You can't access the application's own files using File Manager, but you can using Ghost Commander on BlackBerry World.

It's a powerful file browser that allows you to access the rest of the filesystem, but I still don't think there's much you can do.
