After the update, can't send videos anymore. I took the screenshot and sent it to the support but their reply was no more support.

I have used the android version of what's app on my z10 for the past few months, I use send videos and pictures which worked perfectly but for now it don't seems to work the way it was working then even with the waa fixer installed on my phone. please I don't want to use the what's app in the blackberry world so help me out guys.

Sending video Works fine with WhatsApp Web ... but not work using directly from BlackBerry ..

I use a Z30 and Passport Black and Passport Silver, all works fine with whatsappWeb to send video ..

This issue with video sending should now be fixed.
It wasn't a problem with the update, but rather a problem caused by some server-side changes that happened around the same time.

My phone is still telling me (every time I fire up whatsapp) that it won't "be supported: after 31st December 2016.

It would be handy if WhatsApp would make a banner we could leave up saying something like

"Not currently available pending hardware upgrade" in case people try to get in touch in January. A lot of the appledroid sheep have no idea.
