Does anyone else have this issue? Downloaded from Snap, running version 3.9.5.4. After a few minutes the app will close on itself. Really annoying. Trying to run it on Passport SE.

Restarted the phone several times, hoping it would fix it, but still having issues.

Got the patched version in the uber/lyft thread (1st post), downgraded from Cobalt's latest Google Play Services patch (.99) to (.74) and now it works (as well as the Uber apps)

You should have UPGRADED Play Services to 8.1.05 ;-)

When I did it that, I didn't see that newer version. I am having trouble downloading it since I installed the Mega app on my device.

I dumped the version from Snap a couple months ago because it was horribly glitch. Took a chance and downloaded Waze from the Amazon Appstore. It has been running nearly flawlessly since even after an update.

The only problem I have is that the app keeps showing up as needing an update in Snap and I have to remember to ignore it there.

As with any Android apps, make a habit of checking your device manager regularly (daily, or at least weekly) to close any apps using CPU that you know you aren't actively using at the moment. Waze uses a lot of resources and may keep running in the background even though it isn't open in an active frame.

This is absolutely essential if you are using a Z10 because the battery life sucks so bad.

Next phone is a Venice.
