It looks like Viber has stopped working. It recently failed to connect so I updated to the latest version of 15 Nov 2019. It now just closes on opening. In theory it should work because the required Android version is compatible with the BB10 runtime. I'm using a Z10 with the latest software in the UK. Is there anyone still able to use Viber on BB10?

Latest version 11.9.1.1 is dated 11/26/2019 so perhaps you need to update further?

The last working version of Viber on BB10 was v5.6.5.1885. If the server is now blocking it, then it's the end of the road.

It is exactly as conite said; this is the last and only working Viber version. You need to delete everything related to Viber on your phone and download this version. It still works for me with no issues.

It's still there. Go into Ghost Commander, hunt it down, and delete it properly.

Seems you have bigger problems than just Viber. It appears your Android Runtime is corrupted.

Try a reboot, then wait 10 minutes before using the phone. See if that helps. If not, time for a clean install of the OS.

Same thing. 3216 is the OS version, and 2137 is the release number.

Copy your "secret files" to your computer first. No issue logging into BBID at the moment.

2137 is the Software Version. That is the same as 3216, which is the OS version.

In About, drop the list down to show OS, and it will show you both numbers.

There is no upgrade past that. You are on the last available version.

Still, a reload seems to be your best option. Copy your "secret" files over to an SD card if you have one, or to your PC. Backup your apps if you need to. Run the autoloader. BBID still works and is not shutting down... yet. You will need to re-setup your settings (after having to run through that whole tutorial), then reload all apps. Then try loading the android apps.
