    I used the search bar and did not find a thread with the answer to my question. i downloaded the amazon store apk and my z10 says unable to open amazon-apsrelease.apk I have never tried using android. Not sure what i can do to make this work. any advice would be appreciated. thank you.

    The OS is 10.2.0.429 I searched for updates my phone says i have the latest update. I'm with rogers in canada.

    My Device is Q10 with the latest update version 10.2.1.2102
    And I still having the same problem about apk files : unable to open file !!!
    So what can I do please help to solve that problem .
