    How exactly does one get a debug token, I thought I should just enter my PIN but that's not it, but if I enter a random pin how can it know which individual BB-device I have?

    One question i have on these tools? Can i make a debug token and share with it everyone? I could Say, load this bar on your bb10 device, and then post spotify, audible and all those other apps on my app store? is there a limit of how many debugtokens can be in use? Would this process actually work with giving everyone my debug token and then post a mad number of apps on my site? From reading up on Blackberry (ive made csj files before) it says its limited on how many developers can use the token on their device at the same time.
    You'd have to make everyone a debug token with each debug token having the device pin, the limit is 100 tokens. So basically one token per person. If you want you could make me a token though

    crap, looking for a more unified mass distribution systems. I don't mind making 100 tokens, but with the people using my site, i'd have to make 500,000

    The file is called debugtoken.bar. You generate it from the token they send you.
    Read the instructions at the link for debug token in first post.

    Did you register and install the bar file on BB?
    What does the CMD say?

    Yes, the debug tokens are PIN specific, they only work on your phone. An alternative is to create them for multiple PINs, that is possible by separating PINs with ;
    I just tried this method on Sopcast.apk and although the app runs fine, when it should play the stream it just says "unknown error" on the Sopcast UI.
    According to the warnings, it should have worked:
    Code:
    (res/drawable-hdpi/icon.png) found an alternate icon with better size:impact=1
    (AndroidManifest.xml) native-code: armeabi:impact=5
    (<unknown source>) class: org.sopcast.android.ActionReceiver uses intent action android.intent.action.BOOT_COMPLETED:impact=1
    (<unknown source>) class: org.sopcast.android.BootReceiver uses intent action android.intent.action.BOOT_COMPLETED:impact=1
    (<unknown source>) uses method: android.media.MediaPlayer$setAudioStreamType:impact=1
    Using custom manifest additions from file: D:\android-pack\test.MF
    Summary: [5]=1; [4]=0; [3]=0; [2]=0; [1]=4;
    Impact Legend: [5]=Severe; [4]=High /context; [3]=Medium /context; [2]=Medium-low /context; [1]=Minor;

    Yes you must install the debugtoken.bar on your device too.

    Sounds like that sopcast app should be working.

    Debug tokens expire every 30 days. Just renew them.

    Ok so if you get Error -9 or Error -12 it probably means the app doesn't support Android 2.3.3

    Remember you can only install Android 2 apps.

    Most apps are Android 4 nowadays.
