YES! Finally working. I too didn't realize you had to actually run the Android SDK manager to download the necessary files, and then copy 17.0.0 contents over.

    Thanks !!!

For Mac users do we still need the Android sdk? Because the link is an Exe file?

Guys im a little stuck. i keep getting 881 no debug token found error. here were my steps.

downloaded sdk, opened it, check 4.2 and then copied the contents of folder 4.2 into the correct folder, THEN copied folder 17.0.0 into that folder. i had kris make my .bar file, so it was put into the correct folder, then i edited the file to include that bar file and the location of the platform-tools folder. I have then download, for example, instagram 5.2 and dragged it onto the file, then attempted to load the new bar file onto my phone throug ddpb. it says done, but has that error message underneath.

Hey xsacha, when I try and install the Android sdk on my mac, it opens the Android file in X code and does nothing. How can I make it so it opens it as a Unix file and runs properly?

The SDK installer? You may need to do chmod +x on it.

does this works on playbook ?
Only if you've installed Blackberry 10 on it.

You most likely need to check your path in the y file that points to the Android SDK folder. When I had this problem, that's what was causing it.
