i tried the debug token using the guide found on this link.

as soon as i sideload the debug token.bar. my playbook (pin 5010CAAD) and z10 (pin 24F3523E). the debug token is successful however, candy crush, instragram and minion rush does not run on my playbook and z10.

BlackBerry doesn't seem to be giving csj files via the signing website anymore. Instead of filling in the form and being sent csj files there are now two options for PlayBook and bb10 if you select bb10 you are asked for your bbid and password, once signed in you download a bbidtoken.csk.
Why have they decided to this? Is their a way of doing it that's easier this way or has it just become less accessible for the average guy?
