    just backup to a PC then restore to the Passport, granted you have to use the same BB ID while restoring

    Didn't work from z30 to q5. I backed up clash of clans from my z30 with BlackBerry Link. Tried restoring backup file to q5 after installing coc from snap onto q5. Backup worked I think. But opened coc on q5 and my base isn't there. Do u think it didn't work because the OS update to 10.3.1 isn't out for q5 yet?

    Make sure that when you do your backup, backup both COC and "Blackberry runtime". The app data is in blackberry runtime. I've done it multiple times, I play it on both my Z30 and Z10.

    Correct this is the only way to restore however make sure you go from the same os branch.

    Ie 10.3.1 to 10.3.1
