Do you mean install a full version of Android on a Z10 device?
    No.

Hardware and the core system are not compatible plus one would need BlackBerry's signing keys in-order to make some hacked version, which nobody is going to be getting their hands on.

You probably should have done a bit of research on the z10, which is now, also, getting fairly old. Blackberry is transitioning to android and there has been plenty of information out there to warn you.

Lack of app support is not a secret, if you bought it recently then do more research next time.

No one here has sympathy for you, "suhaib_143".

And no one cares to hear your complaining.

Anyone with common sense would do a little background check before they make a purchase. BTW, the z10 is nearly 4 years old now. What are you really expecting from it?

Now go away, sit in the corner and think about why you made such a ridiculous thread.

Windows phones are on the market too, and MS doesn't warn you either that if you buy one, you will get a sad app store. At least, with some patching effort, you can get most android apps working on your z10, you can't even do that on Windows Phone.

I've never heard of a company warning consumers not to buy its products, no matter how outdated.

I take it you can't return your z10 and buy the Detek50?

You chose a three and a half year old phone on a dying platform without even a hint of research as to the pitfalls of using it. It's definitely your fault.

You learned an important lesson today. Corporations don't exist to cater to your delicate feelings. They are not charities. They exist to make money for shareholders.

Next time, do more research before giving them your money.

You bought a phone that came out in February of 2013 (3.5 years ago) and are complaining about its OS? Yikes.

A couple of months ago I bought a new Nexus 7 (generation 2013). It's got Android 6.0 on it now and it works fine.
