does someone know whether there is an existing .bar file for the new Telegram Messenger?
I searched the forum but didn't find anything .

It's a nice&new messenger with a strong (in comparision to bbm and WA) crypto conept.

Why don't you give it a try?
Get the apk and convert with www.apps.goodereader.com/apk-2-bar

thanks for your reply but unfortunatly I don't have the .apk file.
I'm trying not to use any google service so I don't have a gmail adress to register for play store...
So I was looking for a workaround

Hi Guys, I run the Telegram on my BB Q5 and I am a huge fan of the HUB! Here my question, you think its possible (and not too much effort) to integrate Telegram-Messanger into the HUB?

Problem, I am not so much into Androit-App-Programming. I seems like, we would need to add the rights for the HUB to the app and make it possible to call the funktions to read the conversation and create a message.
What do you think, whith your help we can do it? Would be a big step for Telegram on BB10 !

What is the benefit of converting APk to Bar when you can directly install apk.

i downloaded it to my bb playbook no problem but for some reason its not letting me register canada. when i select canada it says united states...and when i enter my phone number it says no network connection even though my wifi is on and has full bars. anyone know what the problem is?
