When I attempt to connect I get a message that reads:

"A connection could not be established. Please check your internet connection and try again".

It was working fine before, and this is to ALL TeamViewer IDs so it must be an issue on my Passport obviously.

Any ideas?

Just upgraded OS.
Now it says comp version is too new...

Bah! I updated my working copy of TeamViewer through Snap and now I get a message saying "This Android app cannot be run on BlackBerry devices. Please download from BlackBerry World".

At first I got excited that TeamViewer put an app in BlackBerry World, then upon trying to download it, it requires 10.3. Now I have no working copy of TeamViewer. Any one have the latest .bar that works on 10.2?

Mine's works perfectly fine. I'm on OS 10.3.1.2576, BlackBerry Passport.

i have the BlackBerry World version 10.0.0.2938 and it works perfectly on my Z30. Just tested it.

The BlackBerry World version is simply too old. It doesn't work anymore with the new Teamviewer 11 and unfortunately the new apk from Android doesn't install either so we're stuck.
