I was not impressed with the flip case that I recently purchased for my new Z30. It was hard to tell that it was actually leather and not plastic. It was very hard, shiney, and slippery. I was counting on the case being like my spouse's for her Q10 - soft, stitched, and most definitely leather. So, I treated the new case with glove softener that is used to treat baseball gloves. It made a big difference! It's still not stitched, nor is it subtle, but it is softer, less shiney, less slippery, and smells like leather. (I had originally posted this under the Z30 forum before I came across this BB10 Accessory Forum.)
