I have been using Instagram for a long while on 10.2 but recently there has been an update that causes some problems... And it is only on 10.2 not 10.3. What is it? I don't know. But here is a fix if you updated or downloaded the most recent(6.17/6.18)update. 1. Delete the current apk installed. 2. Download this 6.16 apk. 3. Install and everything should be good! Based on my Z10 running 10.2.1.2976, this apk has all features and works flawlessly. Hope this helps those still on 10.2! Comment ideas!
