Is there a way to spoof the device type for Android apps? Optimum Online, for instance will not run because the device isn't supported.

Perhaps something can be done to the android runtime to fix this?

When you download snap and set it up the way they suggest, you select the device and android OS you want to run…

That information is in the build.prop file in the android system. Unfortunately, you need root access to edit that file. The default build.prop reports the device model as 'Z10'.
