Snap allows you to download Android Apps from the Google Play Store. Snap itself has to be side-loaded, but then apps you download and install from Google Play are installed easily. Probably about 75% of apps will work for the most part.
There are multiple ways to Side-Load apps. I use Sachesi and then just drag the snap.bar file into the Sachesi window and it installs (with BB10 phone connected via USB)

Snap: Apps - Red Light Of Love, Ltd.
Why bother sieloading Snap (that requires as PC), if you can directly install the real Google Play Store directly on your device?

A couple of reasons, Snap is two downloads, one program to run and one drag.
The second reason is that Play keeps wanting to update apps, which sometimes breaks things and I get tired of the constant notifications, it's too much like Android.
Sideloading is akward, isn't it? And about the notifications: There is an option in Play Store (Settings -> Autoupdate) where you can completely turn off autoupdating.
But use what you feel comfortable with in that case.
Side loading is super easy with Sachesi.
Thanks for the suggestion to turn off Auto Update.
