Update to the latest snapchat, it's way less laggy. Download the apk, and patch it before installing.
Here is 9.12 patched, good to install. It's what I'm using, the latest one is 9.13 though.

Yeah, same here. I haven't tried to find a fix for it yet. Just record upside down and that should do the trick

That's what I was trying to say earlier. That seems to be the norm. Casper seems to be the only way to get logged in to an existing account for the moment.

To be fair I've realised that I don't actually use snapchat much these days anyway and with only a few contacts I might just ditch it. Who knows, maybe some time in the future it might work but for now it's a bit too much of a fiasco.

I did patch the snapchat apk file with Cobalt's patching tool. It removed the Google play services but still i cant log in. It keeps telling it has a connection problem.
I never logged in to snapchat on my BlackBerry. But i am logged on Casper. Might that be the case?

Okay, so after +5hours I figured it out.

What I had installed:
The 4 google apps mentioned earlier in this topic
Patched Snapchat 9.2 posted earlier in this topic

With this method, I was able to log-in to an existing account. I updated snapchat with the latest patched version after, and all was fine.

Before I used patched snapchat version 13, and I got the "Oh hi, login failed, please try again". Using the patched version 9.2 mentioned earlier - this issue resolved.
