did anyone else recieve and email from snap chat telling them to stop using a third party app? I did, I kept using snap 10 and Im locked out. I can't find snapchat on the amazon app store, I actually prefer snap10 to snapchat anyway.

Many users have had their ID blocked as Snapchat doesn't allow third party apps (something about security). Moreover, the users who were using the Android version of Snapchat got their IDs blocked as well.

I replied that The latest Snapchat Apk isn't working ether So I don't have anything else because from now on you can't log in into an older version of snapchat

First make a new account with the official snapchat apk.
And use that one

So you're saying you can't log In to your account? Because, I received the email that my account had been locked due to 3rd party app usage. However, they never locked it and I am still using the same account. If you update to the latest release I think your account will work.

How did you reset it? In the snapchat app on your BlackBerry? I tried and it gave me a notice that I need to change my password but there's no option to reset it.

Thats what usually happens. Acct blocked and unblock with a PW reset then warning if you continue to use 3rd party app your acct could be banned for good.

I couldn't open a snap send to my BlackBerry so I logged in on the official snapchat app on my samsung to see it. Now when I want to log back in on Snap10 the following error message shows up.

I'd say make a new account and add your friends that you had before. You have no other way because your account is locked.

If you really don't want to make another account you will have to go through a lot of steps. I'm guessing you will have to unlock it using the later version either on your friends phone or downloading bluestacks or duOS on your computer. Once it's unlocked i would try those steps again.

I'm sorry man, that's all i got for you. I haven't experienced getting a locked account since I deleted Snap10 when i first heard about the 3rd party apps locking accounts. I'm sure if my account was locked i would be able to solve it for you but I don't want to purposely lock my account to do it.

If you are hanging out with a buddy tonight, try to unlock it on his phone then try 4.1.07.

kk keep me posted also if you don't have 2582 android runtime, i suggest you sideload both of the files
