    By official snapchat app, do you mean the 3rd party BB 10 app created by Nemory or do you mean you sideloaded the official Snapchat from a Snap or the Amazon App Store or something like that?

    Are there any settings options you can go on to? Maybe you need to change the camera settings and up the resolution

    There is an option but it doesn't help. The picture quality remains the same.
